Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of Topography Survey & Soil Test to Build G+4 Shop at Ayat & Sebeta. 1. Ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the procurement of Topography Survey & Soil Test to build G+4 Shop at Ayat & Sebeta with Tender NO. 4065892-2. The Tender remains floating from August 16, 2021 to September 6, 2021. Bid documents can be obtained from ethio telecom-s Head Office, Room No. 201B during office hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Birr One hundred only). 2. Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the Requirements stated here below: a) Availability of bid security with an amount of 20,000.00(Twenty thousand) ETB. b) Letter of Authorization to the person who have responsibility to sign the bid offers; c) Anti-bribery pledge form; (as per the sample form attached with the bidding document) d) Renewed trade license e) Tax clearance for year. f) Compliance statement or table with reference to the technical specification;(see sample form 6) 2.1 The bid bond shall be furnished in the format specified in the bid document. Ethio Telecom-s Head Quarter Supply Chain Division 2nd floor, Room No. 2011 Churchill Road P. O. Box 1047, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. 3. Sealed bids marked as: “Tender for the procurement of Topography Survey & Soil Test to build G+4 Shop at Ayat & Sebeta with Tender NO. 4065892-2. and be addressed to: Ethio telecom, Head Quarter Churchill Road Supply Chain Division 2nd Floor, Room No.211B, P. O. Box 1047, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. 4. Bid proposal will be received at ethio telecom, Head Quarter 2nd Floor, Room No. 211B, before or on September 6, 2021 until 5:00 P.M. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted. 5. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on September 7, 2021 at 10:30 A.M, at ethio telecom, Head Quarter 2nd Floor, Room No.210.
