Tenders are invited for Produce a Documentary Video Filmmakers to Make a Documentary Video The proposals (technical and financial) should be submitted by organisations working in Ethiopia to produce a documentary on the impact the TARGET programme has had and is having on the Ethiopian education system. The documentary will shed light on the approach the TARGET programme has adapted to strengthen the education system and improve learning outcomes. The proposal should be submitted within 10 days of this RFP publication. It should be submitted in person at the Education Development Trust Offices. The applications submitted will be shortlisted and called for further evaluation in due time. This call for Filmmakers is therefore to invite qualified and eligible bidders to collect the detailed terms of reference (ToR) to work with the Ed Dev Trust/TARGET team to make a documentary.
