Tenders are invited for Proposal to Conduct an Audit of the Organization's Books of Accounts for the Period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 The scope of the audit is: 1. To conduct a financial audit on books of cords of IAF and/or RCBDIA in accordance with International Standards on Auditing, donors' requirements, and the relevant Proclamations by Ethiopian Government (Organizations of Civil Societies Proclamation No. 1113-2019; A Proclamation to Provide for Financial Reporting). This includes: Financial statements Balance sheet as of 31 December 2023 Income statement and expenditure statement for the year ended 31 December 2023 Statement of fund balance for the year ended 31 December 2023. Notes to the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 Establishment of Inter aide France / RCBDIA Accounting policies Cash and bank balances Operational expenditures Administrative expenditures 2. To express an opinion on the financial statements of IAF and/or RCBDIA based on the financial audit, and provide the following reports: Independent auditor's report on the financial statements of Inter Aide France / RCBDIA Management letter Report on compliance Bid closing date: On 02 February 2024 by 5pm (local time) Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and Time Region: Addis Ababa
