Publication Date: 20-Dec-2022 Expression of Interest Deadline: 05-Jan-2023 The World Bank is looking for a Service Provider to provide a turnkey solution to pilot the operationalization of the hotline for a six-month period. The pilot's scope will be limited to Addis Ababa. The service provider will be responsible for: (i) setting up the hotline, by providing the request telephonic equipment required to operate the hotline, obtaining the hotline from the national service provider and any licenses needed where applicable; (ii) provide trained call center operators; iii) provide training and mentorship to the projects staff (both technical staffs and call operators); and (iv) keep management oversight for six months to ensure smooth implementation of the hotline.
