Tenders are invited for Provision of Gardening and Landscaping Maintenance Services All garden areas to be covered by the contract are as follows: ECA Secretariat building area: 23,000 square meters UN Conference Centre area: 8,723 square meters Zambezi Area: 8,000 square meters Executive Secretary-s residence: 2,000 square meters The maintenance services to be performed by the Contractor shall include, but are not limited to the following: Maintenance of turf and ground cover areas, performing grass mowing, edging. Removal of litter and debris from turf, planter beds, fence lines and street curbs Pruning of trees and shrubs Application of chemical agents for control of weeds, plant diseases and insects that are harmful for plant growth Replacement of plant material and Inspection of the irrigation systems Maintain the health and appearance of existing landscape plants, trees, shrubs, groundcovers and lawn area. Use environment friendly products and has to ensure all materials are ecofriendly Respond to all emergencies Perform all work in a professional skillful manner using quality equipment and materials.
