Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment for a National Consultant to Perform Data Collection for Our National Baseline Study Based on the Design from the Global Consultant The consultant is expected to deliver the following outputs with key process elements included in the timeline and outputs below: Participate in training on the baseline methodology as organized by the global level consultant. Conduct the data collection at the country level, validate data with the Action Aid Country program and the global consultant, and present it in the format as given by the global level consultant. In collaboration with AA programme staff defines national context-specific indicators for Ethiopia's results frame. Critically review the national result frame for relevance and contextualization and give input on how to operationalize the counting methodology from the Global SPAll Summary Results Frame. Engage in dialogue with AA programme staff at the country level, and the global level consultant. Submit Country Specific report including recommendations.
