Tenders are invited for Rent of Different Vehicles S/NO Vehicles Type Year of manufacture Other requirements 1 Toyota land cruiser 1 HZ 78 L- RJMRS (Long base,11-13 seater) coil spring 2008 and above Without fuel, with driver and AC must be functional in all vehicles. Consisting of 2 spare tires and main & sub fuel tanker 2 Toyota land cruiser THZJ-76L Mark 2 (8-9 seater) coil spring 2008 and above Without fuel, with driver and AC must be functional in all vehicles. Consisting of 2 spare tires 3 Toyota land cruiser: 105, coil spring 2007 and above Without fuel, with driver and AC must be functional in all vehicles. Consisting of 2 spare tires and main & sub fuel tanker 4 Toyota Land Cruiser single cabin Model: 1HZ.79L 2007 and above Without fuel, with driver and AC must be functional in all vehicles. Consisting of 2 spare tires and main & sub fuel tanker 5 Toyota land cruiser -V8, 2011 and above Without fuel, with driver and AC must be functional in all vehicles. Consisting of 2 spare tires 7 Mini-Bus D4D high roof 2014 and above Without fuel, with driver and AC must be functional in all vehicles. 8 Coaster bus high roof 2014 and above without fuel, with driver and AC must be functional in all vehicles 22 and above seats Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than Birr 5,000.00. The Bid Security should be either in the form of a Cashier's cheque or a certified cheque or a Letter of Credit or Bank Guarantee or cash deposited against receipt. Bid securities in the form of Insurance bonds or in any form other than these shall not be acceptable. Bids must be delivered to the above office or deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Country office Logistic department before the closing date on August 16, 2023, at 10:00 AM.
