Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Review and analysis of the Transformation Plan & the Corporate Strategic Plan The consultant is required to undertake the following mainly among other tasks that are required to be done. Firstly, to undertake a review of the planned investments and operational plans contained in Vision 20202029. Then a fresh assessment and analysis of the potential business and investments to engage in, taking into consideration the opportunities and challenges that exist in the market on one hand and the capabilities, experiences, and competitive advantages of the company on the other hand. State-of-the-art decision models (SWOT/ SOAR and other tools) are to be used. Secondly, the consultant is required to prepare feasibility studies and investment plans for each of the identified investments including a bankable document to be used for soliciting finance. The followings are some of the items to be dealt with in the study.
