- The United Nations Office for Project Services is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a quotation for Works in accordance with the UNOPS Construction Contract for Small Works (General and Particular Conditions), and the requirements and processes as set out in this request for quotation(RFQ).The RFQ consists of the following: Request for Quotation Letter Particulars Section I: Instructions to Bidders Section II: Evaluation Method and Criteria Section III: Conditions of Contract Section IV: Schedule of Details Section V: Requirement Section VI: Returnable ScheduleIf you are interested in submitting a quotation in response to this RFQ, please prepare your quotation in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFQ and submit it to UNOPS by the deadline for quotation submission set out in the Particulars.A pre-bid meeting will be held as per the schedule set out belowDate: 25 March 2024Time: 10:00 AMLocation: In person at UNOPS Mekelle Office, Adihaki Sub city, Hayelom zone C-16, Mekelle, Tigray;EthiopiaParticipation in the clarification meeting is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged to avoid the risk of non-compliant quotations.Please acknowledge the receipt of this RFQ by returning Schedule 0.12 [Quotation/No Quotation Confirmation] (see Section VI: Returnable Schedules) and attendance of the pre bid meeting far in advance of the quotation opening date as possible, to the email address: ETOH.PROCUREMENT@UNOPS.ORG, indicating whether or not you intend to submit a quotation.
