Tenders are invited for Selection of Health Care Service Providers 1 General Hospitals 2 Medical Centers 3 Higher Clinics 4 Special Dental Clinic 5 Special Ext Centers 6 Special Eye Clinic 7 Optometric Shops 8 Special Hospital - Orthopedics 9 Maternal and Child Care Center 10 Prosthetic & Orthotic Center 11 Physiotherapy Centers 12 Special Dermatology Clinic 13 Mental Health Care Centers 14 Diagnosis Centers 15 Clinical Laboratories 16 Pharmacy 17 Specialized Center for Cardiovascular Health Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T253 Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the below address and will get the Tender document by return Email. Bidders are required to bring both Technical and Financial Bids which consist of both original and copy that shall be sealed in separate envelops and marked as Original and Copy on/before September 16, 2021, at 2:30 pm.
