All bids must be submitted to Action for Development, being marked Bid Ref No -AFDA-09/2021 with wax-sealed envelope at or before 2:00 P.M, on 17 August 2021. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their official representatives who wish to attend, at 2:30 P.M on 17, August 2021. Failure to comply with any of the conditions indicated above will result in automatic rejection. The Organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
