Tenders are invited for Service of a Chartered Accountant Firm for the Purpose of Auditing a Project. MELCA - Ethiopia wishes to engage the service of a Chartered Accountant firm for the purpose of auditing the project “Sustainable improvement of the living condition of small scale farmer families in Adaba ,Ethiopia (P5782)” for project period May 01,2021 to April 30,2024. As stipulated in the agreement between MELCA and Karl Kubel Stiftuing (KKS). Objective and scope of the audit The objective is to provide audit report with proof of the proper and correct use of the funds made available to the project, based above all on a thorough examination of accounts of all receipts and payments and the related documentary evidence. The audit shall be conducted at the location of the project, in particular at the place where the project book keeping is done. Each annual audit shall also include a field visit to the project area. The audit firm follows audit tasks and guideline which will be mention on audit contract. Further information and a briefing note may be obtained upon request.
