Bid document can be purchased from Shaggar City Finance Office at working time with no refundable fee of ETB 1500 (One Thousand Five Hundred) to Siinqee Bank Account No 1054438931216 Shaggar Municipality Office and starting from the date of this notice up to 21(twenty-one) working days. 6. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Technical first & Financial Bids of qualified bidders next. 7.
