Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Supervision and Approval of Feasibility Study, Project Design and Construction Works Qualification and Experience of the firm in the field of assignment, technical and managerial capabilities of the firm, their core business and years in business and general qualification of key staffs but not individual experts' biodata. The bidders must submit valid and renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, Tax clearance certificate in accordance with ITB clause 4.6; Any State, Central Government Bank should not have declared companies ineligible/blacklisted; Local company must submit a valid certificate of competence from the mandated body CATEGORY - 3 and above renewed for the year 2014 EC ( 2021 G.C) Local company shall demonstrate to be registered within the Federal Procurement Agency of Ethiopia supplier list in accordance with ITB Clause 4.7; General qualifications and member of key technical staff of the firm. Firm's reputation of integrity and prior track record of superior performance in similar assignments. Bidders must demonstrate core business and number of years in government and donor fancied business Bidders shall demonstrate experience in public sanitation projects (toilet construction, wastewater management- including natural wastewater management, landscape architecture, naturalistic engineering) in similarity assignment Technical and managerial organizational chart of the company, highlighting all technical sectors including in the company, key professional staff as well as quality management system. Documentary Support for all the above, with copies of documents & letter of completion from customers for projects completed shall be enclosed in the EOI. EOI must be delivered to the bureau located in the address written below before the end of 15 consecutive calander days starting from the first day of issuance of this bid announcement until 10:00am. Bid will be opened on the same 15th closing day and at the address stated below at 2:30 pm. In case the 15th day falls in a non-working day, bid closing and opening will be transferred to the next working day. Let bidders will be automatically excluded from the tender. The Bureau reserves the right to cancel part or all bids and ant items on the bid.
