Tenders are invited for Supply of Agenda and Table Calendar for 2024/25 Budget Year Bid closing date: April 11, 2024 to 8:00 local time Bid opening date: April 11, 2024 to 8:30 local time Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 Birr Bid bond: 2% Abay Insurance Company (S.C.) would like to invite all interested and eligible bidders for the supply of the Agenda and table calendar for the 2024/25 Budget year. The bid document specification shall be obtained from the Human Resource & Facility Management Department located at Abay Insurance S.C. against payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Birr 200.00 (Two hundred Birr) during office hours. The bidders shall have valid and renewed trade licenses, VAT and TIN certificates & Tax clearance Certificates. Bidders must be supported with a 2% Bid Security Bond of the total bid amount (Refundable) in the form of CPO in favor of Abay Insurance S.C. Bidders shall submit their bid document Technical and Financial bid documents separately at Abay Insurance S.C. Head Office, Around Atlas Hotel 4th floor office No 405, Human Resource & Facility Management Department begging from March 27, 2024, to April 11, 2024, to 8:00 local time and bids will be opened on April 11, 2024, at 8:30 local time. All Bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at the Resource Management Department at Abay Insurance S.C. during office hours on or before April 11, 2024, until 8:00 local time.
