The Medal set comprises One full size medal mounted on 32mm width Ribbon One Miniature size medal mounted on 16mm width ribbon One full size 32mm width ribbon bar One 150mm spare length of 32mm width ribbon Presentation case 1 Beret With Leather Bands 95% wool and 5 % other fibre in green AU colour with Leather headband EA 2 Insignia for Berets Gilding metal, bright nickel plated with part gilding and resin infilling, the insignia should be screw type EA 3 Arm Bands 100% cotton woven to 195 gm per square meter. Rubberized panel and overprinted with four colours gold, green, red and black(Dual Logo) 4 Scarves 100% cotton woven to 195 gm per square meter. Rubberized panel and overprinted with four colours gold, green, red and black(Dual Logo) EA 5 Ladies- Headgear Fabric 100% Polyester Colour Green Logo N/A Bids must be delivered by email on or before 28th July 2021, 3:00pm Addis Ababa time. The size of the attachment should not be above 20MB. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened online and the line for opening will be shared to Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend on 28th May 2021, 3:30pm Addis Ababa time. The link for online bidding shall be requested by email one day before opening upon request. Both technical and financial offers should be in the same envelope and should be password protected.
