- Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Electromechanical Equipment Works for One Borehole (Submersible Pump, Control Panel, Etc.) Bid closing date: Feb 26, 2024 3:30 PM Bid opening date: Feb 26, 2024 4:00 PM Region: Gambela Bid document price: 200.00 Birr Bid bond: 50,000.00 Birr 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from Gambella National Regional Water and Energy Bureau, at office of procurement department at the address given below, upon payment of ETB 200 (Two Hundred ETB) non-refundable fee. The method of payment will be in cash against receipt. The Bidding Documents will be collected by a person delegated by the bidder. 6. All bidders are required to submit a bid bond of ETB 50,000 (Fifty Thousand ETB) in the form of Bank Guarantee, or certified payment order (C.P.O). The Submission of the bid Security shall be in Separate envelope, sealed in the outer envelope or in the Original Technical Proposal. 7. The technical and financial proposals have to be separately prepared and sealed with all necessary copies (Three copies) as indicated in the instruction to bidders and bid data sheet. 8.
