Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Flexible Powered Roller Conveyor & Diesel Engine Powered Mobile Belt Loader Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: 2% Bidders who engaged in sector shall present renewed Trade License, Agent License. VAT registration certificate, Current tax clearance certificates, supplier list registration certificate and for foreign bidders business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment with technical proposal. The interested Bidder can purchase the bidding document from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise which is located on the new building on the 6th floor (finance section) up on payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Three hundred Ethiopian Birr) or equivalent currency. Bidders shall submit Financial and Technical Offer in the separate envelopes Bid document shall be accompanied with bid bond amount of 2% of total bid price in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO from any recognized bank in Ethiopia. Bid document shall be submitted in the tender box of the above address at 10th floor on or before Sept 24, 2021 at 2:00 PM (in the afternoon) and it shall be opened in the same date at 2:30 PM (in the afternoon) in the presence of bidders or their representative. Late bid shall not be accepted and return unopened. Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise reserve the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
