• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Solar Power-Driven Water Supply Project Hanja Goro, Falka,Dongora Elelcho and Osole Solar power Driven water Supply Project 3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and procedures are open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by the interested bidders on the submission of a written application from Sidama National Regional State Water, mines & Energy Bureau, Procurement Finance & Prosperity Administration directorate, Hawassa City, Near to Hawassa City Administration headquarter, Telephone number +251-46 212 5480 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (five Hundred birr) or equivalent freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be in cash against receipt. 4. The Bid comprising of the technical and financial documents must be delivered in separate sealed envelopes one original & three copies document to the address given above All copies of the Bids shall be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" both for the "The Technical Proposal" and "Financial Offer". The bid bond shall be part of the technical offer but in a separately sealed envelope. 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Sidama National Regional State Water, Mines & Energy Bureau, Procurement Finance & Prosperity Administration directorate Hawasa and the bidding document at the address given below during working hours. 6. Bids shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) Calendar days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of 100,000.00 Birr (One Hundred Thousand Birr Only) in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or C.P.O., for a validity date of 90 Calendar Days. 7. Bids must be delivered to the Sidama National Regional State Water, mines & Energy Bureau, Procurement Finance & Prosperity Administration directorate Hawasa, at or before 12:30 p.m. On the 30th calendar day from the date of this announcement. If the 30th Calendar day is not a working day or the date of National Holy Day, the bid submission will be the next working day at the same Venue and time. 8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ their representatives who choose to attend in person at 2:30 P.M. on 30 calendar day from the date of this announcement. If the 30th Calendar day is not a working day or the date of National HolyDay, the bid opening date will be the next working day at the same Venue and time at SNRS Water, mines and energy Bureau, Procurement Finance & Prosperity Administration directorate.
