- Tenders are invited for Supply of Desktop Computer, and Different IT Materials Bid document price: 300.00 Birr for Each Lot Bid bond: 300,000 A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a nonreturnable fee of Birr 300 (Birr three hundred only) for each bid document at Hijra Bank S.C Olympia Square Nejeshi branch in cash. 5. Bidder should submit Completed Bid documents to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the bid name supply and delivery of Desktop Computer, and Different IT Materials, payment card and PIN Millers, Office Furniture, Guardhouse and double Pick-up and automobile Vehicles, and deposited in the Bid Box on 1st Floor on or before November 7, 2023, at 5:00 P.M, Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. 6. The complete bid must be submitted in one original, clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and one copy also, clearly marked "COPY" and each envelope shall be separately signed and sealed which in the event of any discrepancy between them the Original will prevail - then both of which will be submitted in an envelope sealed and clearly marked with identifying the item to supply, Desktop Computer, and Different IT Materials, payment card and PIN Millers, Office Furniture, Guard houses & Double Pick-up & Automobile Vehicles, Bids will be opened on November 8, 2023, at Hijra Bank S.C Olympia square road to Bambis 1st floor new building Next to Hijra Bank, Office of Facility management.
