Tenders are invited for Supply of Different Materials (Uniform Apparel, Ready-Made Shirts, Shoes-Safety Shoe, Etc. Lot 1- Uniform Apparel- Female and Male (Shirt and trouser, Trouser and coat, Gawan, Apron, Full dress, Half dress, Head cover,Manezo Tuta, Male Full Tuta) Lot 2- Ready-made shirts - light blue color of different size Lot 3-Shoes-Safety Shoe, male shoes black, ladies shoe black ladies shoe white, Doctor Shoes Lot 4 -Grain and Cereals-Teff powder 1" grade, Meser kik, Defen Meser, Ater kik, Aja kinche, shiro kik Lot 5-Food upgrading materials-Shiro powder, Berbere powder, prepared bread flour, rice, Pasta, Macaroni, Aja powder--etc. Lot 6- Cattel feeds- Furushika, Fagulo, Yetemetatene Meno from those bidders who have quality assurance certificate. Bid document price: Birr 100.00 Bid bond: 2% Interested bidders can purchase a complete set of bid documents for lot l up to 3 upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (one hundred Birr) starting from July 19, 2021 to August 3, 2021 until 3:00 PM.Where as, from Lot 4 to 6 can only present their expression of interest technical documents and financial offers only. Bidders shall furnish a b.id bond of 2% of the bid price including VAT in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee payable to Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia, but not need for Lot 4, 5 and 6.
