The price offered by any bidder in the tender document will remain valid for three (3) months , and the price change will be done after three months in the market research and the price offered by the winning company will be changed . Items offered by bidders must be completely original . A non-refundable tender document can be purchased by paying 200 Birr ( two hundred Birr ) . Bidders have to submit the original and the copy of the tender document in a sealed envelope separately and must affix the seal of the company . The tender documents will be valid for fifteen (15) consecutive working days from the date of the announcement and will be sealed on the 16th ( sixteenth ) working day at 6:00 a.m. and will be opened at 8:00 a.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives . The winner will be required to deposit 10/100 of the total value of the items won . Any bidder is required to submit a sample before the opening of the physical bid according to the sample list items provided by the office .
