- Tenders are invited for Supply, Erection, Installation, Commissioning & Training of 150 Tph Heavy Media Coal Washing Plant Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: 2% Bidders shall provide such evidence of their eligibility satisfactory to verify that the bidder: has the legal capacity to enter into a contract, is not insolvent, bankrupt or being wound up, not have had their business activities suspended and not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing; and Bidders shall present their copy valid & renewed business license, TIN/VAT registration certificate to be eligible to buy the bid document, A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained from the Head Office of SGS Consulting Solution PLC which is found in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Megenagna Gedam Mariam Building 1st floor Office No. 48 in the office hours (Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:30 A.M to 12:30 PM). If the bidder do not have an office or agent in Ethiopia and cannot come physical, the company can request the bidding document through the consulting firm's email address: sgsconsultingsolutionspic@yahoo.com All bids must be accompanied by bid security 2% of the total bid price in the form of Bank CPO or Bank Guarantee. The bid document can be purchased from SGS Consulting Solution PLC against payment of non-refundable fee Ethiopian Birr 500.00. Bid to be submitted starting from September 21/2021. Bid Closing Date, October 11 /2021. Bid Opening Date, September 11th /2021 at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders and/or their official representatives who wish to attend. All BID documents: shall be submitted one original marked "Original' and one copy signed in the same waymarked "Copy' with a wax-sealed envelope on/before the above-indicated dates. The technical and financial offer must be in a different envelope but together in a sealed envelope. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions shall result in automatic rejection.
