Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Facial Recognition Time Attendance System including Management Software. Bids opening date: 15th consecutive date of bid announcement at 2:30 PM Bid document price: 150.00 (One hundred fifty Birr) Bid bond: 15,000.00 Birr in Cash, CPO, or Bank Guarantee from local Commercial Banks. Bidders must submit their offer before 2:00 PM on the 15th consecutive date of bid announcement. If the 15th date is on holiday, the bid submission will be on the next business day, to the Office of the Federal Auditor General 2nd Floor, Room No. 202 into the bid box prepared for this purpose. Late arrival offers shall be rejected. The bid will be open at 2:30 PM on the 15th consecutive date of bid announcement. If the 15th date is on holiday, the bid submission will be on the next business day, in front of the owners of bidders firms or their representative by a legal attorney at the Office of the Federal Auditor General 10th Floor Meeting Hall
