Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Correspondence Management & Document Management for the OFAG System To streamline the Correspondence Management & Document Management process to have faster approval process leading to business growth. To enable the workflows processes through the automation which will lead to timely approvals activity, Storage of all correspondence/file/memo/fax/ letters, Indexing and storage of all documents that will reduce the TAT and SLAS. For deeper insights into each process through real time business activity monitoring, analytics to ensure lower defects, content and resource optimization through audit trails and dynamic resource allocation. Provide on job training to the technical resources that supplied software. Supply and Implementation of Correspondence & Document Management infrastructure. 6. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 500 Birr. The method of payment will be cash. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 14, 2023 and Time 2:00pm. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 14-March-23 and Time 2:30 pm 8. All Bids must be accompanied by "Bid Security" or "Bid-Securing Declaration," as appropriate of ETB 400,000 in case of a Bid Security.
