• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Configuration of Wireless Network, Next Generation Firewall Ethiopian Human Rights Commission (EHRC). Ethiopian Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is an independent federal state body established as per the Federal Constitution and reporting to the House of Peoples- Representatives as a national human rights institution with the mandate for promotion and protection of human rights (Article 55/14 of FDRE Constitution cum Proclamation No. 210/2000, as amended by Proclamation No. 1224/2020). As part of the reform underway, EHRC is automating key departments- business workflow and establishing Information Technology (IT) infrastructure through the introduction of a knowledge management platform and productivity tools, including a SharePoint platform as an effective productivity tool to foster information exchange, collaboration, document and record management and information consolidation. Therefore, EHRC is seeking proposals for the provision of SharePoint development and implementation services from eligible firms who meet the following criteria; Requirements · The service provider is required to provide a company profile on its size, staff composition, infrastructure, location etc.; · The supplier should provide Company Certificate of incorporation / Registration Certificate / Copy of ID · The supplier should provide VAT/ TIN Certificate · The supplier must provide testimony of on-Premise /Online Cloud based SharePoint development platforms. · The supplier should have experience in Project management. · The supplier should have experience with working with Non-Profit Organization and other big organizations in the implementation of SharePoint. · The supplier should have experience in the Development of a security and rights management model · The supplier should have Experience in Enhanced features and functionality assistance (such as BI, Dashboards, Office Application integration) Application Instructions · Interested consultants/consulting firms can purchase the Bid document, including TOR from its Head Office at Addis Ababa during office hours starting from the date of this announcement. · Bidders shall submit technical and financial proposals in English in separate sealed envelopes together with renewed license, VAT registration certificates, and VAT registration certificate, TIN registration certificate and company profile until 8 November 2021 until 2.00 pm local time. · Submitting bid Security Bond Amounting 5,000 birr in the form of CPO/bank guaranty. · EHRC reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
