Tenders are invited for Supply of Outdoor Tent Piece 125 Amount of Bid Security: 75000/- 1. Interested and eligible bidders may collect the bidding document during office hours (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 a.m.-to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m.-to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 am-to 12:00 pm commencing from August 29, 2023, until bid closing date from Rang Real Estate 7th floor adjacent to Shoa Shopping Center around Bole Rwanda, Office of the Procurement Team. 2. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a nonreturnable fee of Birr 300 (birr three hundred only) at any Coopbank branch by using Account No. ETB1446500010001. 7. Bidder should submit a Completed Bid documents to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the bid name supply and delivery of Different Promotional Materials and deposited in the Bid Box on the 7th Floor on or before September 18, 2023, at 2:00 P.M, Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
