Tenders are invited for Supply of Submersible Pumps & Vulcanizing Kit Lot 1:- submersible pumps (Casing diameter 8 inch), Lot 2:- submersible pumps (Casing diameter 10 inch), Lot 3:- submersible pumps (Casing diameter 12 inch), Lot 4:- submersible pumps (Casing diameter 14 inch), Lot 5:- submersible pumps (Casing diameter 14 inch), Lot 6:- Vulcanizing Kit. Bids opening date: Nov 26, 2021 10:30 AM Bid document price: Birr 300.00 The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 100,000 (one hundred thousand) for lot 1, 2 & 3 each Birr 150,000(one hundred fifty thousand) for lot 4 & 5 each and Birr 50,000 (fifty thousand) for lot 6 in the form of cash payment order (C.P.O) or a bank guarantee or Cash. Bid security should be in a separate envelope and be submitted in the tender box together with the Bid documents. All eligibility Certificates should be found in the original technical document envelope and are submitted in the tender box on or before the closing date. The procuring entity reserves the right to increase/decrease by 20% the goods indicated in the tender document. The winner supplier shall furnish 10% of the contract amount as performance security within 15 days as of the contract signing date. The bid must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at or before 10:00 A.M. on November 26-2021. The bid will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their official representatives who wish to attend at 10:30 AM on November 26, 2021. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or wholly.
