• Tenders are invited for Support and Supervision Works EWNRA is implementing a project entitled: "4R Nutrient Stewardship (4R-NSP) Project" in Minjar-Shenkora Woreda of Semien Shewa Zone, Amhara National Regional State through the financial support of the Cooperative Development Foundation of Canada. One of the activities of the project is to support cooperatives with the construction/renovation of storage facilities (warehouses) for post- harvest handling and keep production technologies and the other is supporting SACCO's. To fulfill this activity EWNRA wants to contract out the Construction/renovation of four multipurpose warehouses and eight SACCO's offices in Minjar Shenkora Woreda. In order to contract out those construction works, EWNRA is looking for a qualified and experienced firm/consultant who is technically capable and can undertake the tasks detailed in the TOR (eligibilities, mandatory conditions, proposal submission details and other requirements, evaluation criteria's, limitations and others will be stated in the TOR). The TOR (terms of reference) and detail of the work can be collected from EWNRA Main Office in five consecutive calendar days starting from the bid advert date in any working hours in the address mentioned hereunder. The bidder shall provide a cost breakdown per task and include a work schedule. Documents that show competence shall be included in the submission as per the qualification stated in the TOR Eligibility · Architects and Engineers of firms who have a license from the Ministry of Urban Development and Construction in category Five and above with good experience in warehouses, offices, and any building design and supervision. · Consultants shall provide such evidence of their eligibility satisfactory to verify that the Consultant: is not insolvent, in receivership, bankrupt or being wound up, not have had their business activities suspended and not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing · Appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating its compliance. Valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the Consultant is engaged, VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority, Valid Tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority, relevant professional practice certificates, Copy of registration in the supplier's list. · Submission: Bids shall include technical and financial proposals and be sealed separately. Bids shall be submitted in hard copy (original and one copy sealed separately and clearly marked) at the address indicated below. The bid submission date ends on August 31, 2021, at 2:30 PM and is hand-delivered to the address provided hereunder. EWNRA reserves the right to cancel the bid partially or in full.
