- Tenders are invited for Water Well Drilling Contractors of Category 4 and Above. Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia (formerly known as Addis Ababa Fistula Hospital) was established in 1974GC by two volunteers, Drs. Regiland and Cathrine Hamlin, both Gynecologist obstetricians. Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia provide free treatment and care to women-s with childbirth injuries at main Addis Ababa Fistula Hospital and five regional centers i.e. Mekele, Bahir Dar, Yirgalem, Harar and Metu. It is located at Kolfe Keraniyo Kifle Ketema, Woreda 09, and House Number 920 behind the Swiss Embassy. Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia would like to construct one deep well drilling and completion work at its Torhyloch center, A.A. Therefore, now invites all eligible water well drilling contractors of category 4 and above to submit wax sealed and stamped bids for the construction of the above-mentioned work. The bidders must submit the following documents to Hamlin Fistula Addis Ababa Procurement office located at Betel Road near Augusta Shemiz Factory, behind the Swiss Embassy. Thus, interested eligible drilling companies shall provide written application with original and neat copies of the following legal documents: - Mandatory Requirement: · 300 (Three hundred ) Ethiopian birr, which is not refundable for bid, document purchase · Copy of Renewed & Relevant business license for Fiscal Year 2014 E.C. · Copy of VAT Registration Certificate · Copy of TIN Certificate · Drilling companies Grade -4 and above · Renewed registration certificate from Federal or Regional Water Resource, Mine and Electricity ministry or Bureau for WWCs or GC for 2014 E.C. · Evidence of settlement of current tax, registration for VAT and TIN certificate. · Bid Security Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand ETB) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee in the name of” HAMLIN FISTULA ETHIOPIA “ · Tenders submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected. · Date for tender document collection from November 29 to December 14, 2021. · Time for collecting tender documents 8:30a.m. - 5:00p.m. Monday to Friday · Tender deadline December 14, 2021. 2:30 p.m. (After noon) · Tender public opening December 14, 2021. 3:00p.m. (After noon) Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend on the above date and time. Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
